TP-LINK TL-WA701ND 150 Mbps Wireless Lite N Access Point enables you to establish or expand a high-speed wireless Internet network and connect multiple Ethernet-enabled devices like game consoles, digital media adapters, printers, or network-attached storage devices to an existing wireless network. Based on the 802.11n wireless standard, this wireless access point offers four times the range of typical wireless-G devices. The device can be conveniently powered through an Ethernet cable. The device features a repeater mode that expands the coverage and signal strength for the current wireless environment with Wireless Distribution Service (WDS) technology by connecting multiple access points. It also includes a universal repeater mode so that even access points and routers without WDS will be compatible. You can use this feature to build up a larger wireless network in spaces with broader coverage areas and more users, such as cafes, offices, and hotels. The Wireless Lite N Access Point comes with a power injector that uses Passive Power over Ethernet technology. The injector can supply both electricity and data streams over a single RJ45 cable to an access point up to approximately 98 feet away. This is ideal if there is no electrical outlet near where your device gets the best signal quality.
