When you buy a new product from a market or store, the product is usually accompanied by a special benefit called warranty. This benefit is subject to a fixed period of time. The term warranty means that if any problem occurs in the product purchased by you within that specified period, the specified seller will repair it. The following warranties are generally applicable in Bangladesh.
Warranty: In this type of warranty, if there is any problem with the product, the seller will repair it at their own risk within a specified period. In this case, if labor or any parts are required, the cost of both will be borne by the seller.
Service Warranty: In this type of warranty, if there is any problem in the product purchased by the buyer, the seller will repair it. But in this case, if any parts are needed, the buyer will have to bear the cost of it.
Limited Warranty: In this type of warranty, the seller's authority includes certain conditions in providing the warranty. As different parts are selected. You will get warranty only if there is a problem with those particular parts. However, if there is any problem other than those parts, the warranty will not apply in this case.
Replacement Warranty: In this type of warranty, if any problem occurs in the product, the seller will replace the product with a new product.
Lifetime Warranty: Lifetime warranty means that you can enjoy the full warranty benefits of this product as long as the product remains in the market. Whenever the product is discontinued in the market. Then the warranty period of the product will also expire.
